Buyers Status/Accuracy
As a buyer, you are responsible to ensure all personal information entered is accurate and current. You agree and recognize that you are a potential purchaser of property and that the information you enter about your desired property is accurate. You also agree that you are free and willing to negotiate with any agent and are not currently bound to an existing agreement for purchasing property with another agent or broker.
Agent Status/Accuracy
As an agent, you are responsible to ensure all personal information entered is accurate and current. You agree and recognize that you are a licensed real estate agent and that you are free and willing to negotiate with any buyer (within your jurisdiction) and are not currently bound to an existing contract which would prevent you from finding and dealing with potential buyers found on DoorFly.
Bid/Instant Matching Services
Potential Buyers. By holding a buyer account, you agree to have your “desired property” posted on DoorFly and be made available to the public by Realtors, agents, and common Internet users. By submitting a Buyer Request or Seller Listing, you agree and authorize the release of your personal contact information to the top agent matches. You also agree to allow the matched agent(s) to personally contact you via phone and/or email using the information you provided on DoorFly. A buyer and an agent may enter into an agreement at any time, but are not obligated to do so. DoorFly IS AN ONLINE TOOL USED TO CONNECT BUYERS WITH AGENTS. DoorFly IS NOT INVOLVED OR HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AGREEMENT OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN THE BUYER AND AGENT. DoorFly does not restrict an agent from keeping a buyers contact information on file in the case an agreement is not made, and is not responsible for any futures contacts made outside of the original Buyer and Agent agreement. DoorFly is not responsible or liable for the conduct or actions of any agent account holder on DoorFly.
Membership and Lead Fees
There are no fees for Buyers on DoorFly. Agents may sign up for a profile at no cost. If an agent chooses to participate in instant matching, they are required to pay a one-time fee to participate. An agent will be charged for a lead fee only if DoorFly has matched them with a respective buyer or seller.
DoorFly is not responsible for any fees that may incur due to lost and/or stolen credit card. DoorFly reserves the right to terminate or suspend any agent account where credit card becomes inactive or invalid.
Sponsorship/Advertising Fees
All DoorFly sponsors/partnerships are required to pay all sponsorship fees associated with their agreement between DoorFly. DoorFly reserves the right to remove all Web site ads or other promotional material if sponsorship fees are not paid.
Restrictions of Use
This Web site may not be used for any other purposes except what is permitted by DoorFly. DoorFly has the right to terminate any account that uses the site for commercial and self-promotional purposes that are not in the best interest of DoorFly.
Copyright/Proprietary Information
The content, phrases, and concepts are copyrighted materials that are owned, operated and controlled by DoorFly. DoorFly maintains all rights, privileges, and titles to this content or any other content published on DoorFly. Any attempt to copy, reuse, and or plagiarize the Web site content without express written consent violates the intellectual property rights of DoorFly. There is no transfer of property rights or title to you by accessing and using this Web site.
